Our Verdict
For merchants with an established and engaged Instagram audience in 2026, Claimbase: Instagram Sales presents a more immediately tangible, although potentially limited, solution. The 5-star rating and 15 reviews, while a small sample, indicate satisfied users. However, for businesses looking to be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, Glean: AI Shopping Discovery is a potentially worthwhile investment, even given the current lack of user feedback. The appeal lies in its future-proof approach, positioning products to be found on platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.
The decision boils down to risk tolerance and business strategy. If a proven solution for Instagram sales is needed, Claimbase is the better choice. If betting on AI-driven discovery is a priority, Glean, despite its lack of reviews, is worth exploring, understanding it's a riskier, more speculative investment.
