Our Verdict
The choice between Claimbase: Instagram Sales and The Closer ‑ AI Sales Agent depends heavily on the merchant's sales strategy. If a merchant's primary focus is driving sales through Instagram, then Claimbase, despite the limited review count, directly addresses that need. However, if the merchant wants to improve conversion rates and AOV directly on their Shopify storefront through automated, personalized customer interaction, The Closer ‑ AI Sales Agent is the more appealing option, assuming its claims of easy setup and AI effectiveness hold true. Due to the lack of reviews for The Closer, a prudent merchant should approach with caution and thoroughly test the app's capabilities during any free trial period.
