Our Verdict
Choosing between Claimbase: Instagram Sales and WhatsApp Automation + Commerce depends heavily on your business's communication and marketing strategy. If Instagram is a primary sales channel and you need a dedicated app for that, Claimbase: Instagram Sales might be a better fit. However, the low number of reviews should be considered. If you're looking to enhance customer engagement, automate order updates, and leverage WhatsApp for marketing and sales, WhatsApp Automation + Commerce, despite lacking reviews, offers a broader range of functionalities. Due to the lack of reviews for WhatsApp Automation, a prudent merchant should test thoroughly or consider alternatives with established track records.
