Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving their website's user experience, identifying usability issues, and reducing cart abandonment, Clarity Session Replay Heatmap is the clear choice. Its visual approach to understanding user behavior offers actionable insights for website optimization. However, for merchants who need comprehensive data analysis, custom reporting capabilities, and insights into sales, customer behavior, and inventory management, Mipler — Advanced Reports is the superior option. Mipler’s ability to leverage metafields and tags for custom reports provides a level of data granularity Clarity Session Replay Heatmap simply can't offer.
