Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily focused on improving user experience and conversion rates through visual analysis of customer behavior, Clarity Session Replay Heatmap is the better choice. Its no-code setup and intuitive tools make it easy to identify and fix usability issues.
Report Toaster: Custom Reports is the superior option for merchants who require in-depth business intelligence and comprehensive reporting across multiple stores. Its advanced customization features and scheduling capabilities empower merchants to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions. While it has a steeper learning curve, the value proposition of in-depth data insight far outweighs the simplicity if BI is a priority.
