Claros: An AI Agent for Stores vs Jotly Size Charts & Size Guidefor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between Claros: An AI Agent for Stores and Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide face a clear distinction. Claros, positioning itself as an AI agent, has no current reviews and a 0/5 rating, making it difficult to assess its capabilities. Jotly Size Charts & Size Guide, on the other hand, is a highly-rated app (5/5 with 35 reviews) focused specifically on resolving sizing issues and reducing returns by providing customizable size charts and guides. Jotly aims to enhance the customer experience by enabling merchants to create visually appealing and informative sizing resources tailored to their brand. The crucial difference lies in their core functionality and demonstrated success. While Claros's AI agent capabilities remain undefined due to the lack of reviews, Jotly's focus is narrow and impactful: helping customers choose the correct size. Jotly provides features like auto unit conversion, prebuilt templates, flexible layouts, multi-language support, and custom button placement. It caters to merchants experiencing returns due to incorrect sizing and seeks to improve the shopping experience. Claros' potential, given the lack of information, remains uncertain and speculative compared to the tangible benefits offered by Jotly.
