Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing vs Dropifyfor Shopify (2026)
Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing and Dropify cater to distinct segments of the Shopify ecosystem. Clay focuses on enabling B2B wholesale pricing strategies, indicating it is aimed at merchants selling in bulk or offering specialized pricing tiers to business customers. It boasts a perfect 5/5 rating with 81 reviews, suggesting high user satisfaction within its target audience. Dropify, on the other hand, facilitates dropshipping from the 'dropi' platform (a Colombian dropshipping provider), primarily serving merchants who source products through Dropi and need streamlined order and product synchronization. Dropify's lower rating of 3.5/5, based on 63 reviews, could indicate areas needing improvement in functionality or customer support. Its core value proposition lies in automating the product import and order fulfillment processes for Dropi users, along with a one-step checkout feature to potentially improve conversions. However, it is explicitly tied to the Dropi platform, making it unsuitable for merchants not utilizing Dropi's services. While both apps fall under the 'Sourcing options' category, they address very different needs within that broad category.

Our Verdict
The choice between Clay and Dropify is heavily dependent on the merchant's business model. Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing is the clear choice for Shopify merchants engaging in B2B sales and needing robust wholesale pricing management capabilities. Its high rating suggests reliable performance and customer satisfaction. On the other hand, Dropify is solely for merchants specifically using the Dropi platform for dropshipping. If a merchant isn't already using Dropi, Dropify is irrelevant. Even for Dropi users, the lower rating warrants careful consideration and potentially exploring alternative dropshipping solutions, unless the Dropi integration is absolutely essential.
In short, if you need B2B pricing, choose Clay. If you're already locked into Dropi, Dropify is your only option from these two. If you are not already locked into Dropi and want to dropship, you may want to look at other platforms or other Shopify apps.
