Our Verdict
For merchants specifically seeking to implement or optimize their wholesale pricing strategy, Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing is the clear choice. Its established user base and positive reviews indicate a reliable and effective solution. FeedbackMe Button, while potentially useful in theory, carries significant risk due to its lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating. Merchants looking to gather customer feedback are better off considering alternative, more established feedback apps with verifiable positive reviews before experimenting with FeedbackMe Button.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
While specific setup details aren't provided, FeedbackMe Button claims to be "very easy to install." However, the lack of reviews makes it difficult to verify this claim. Clay's ease of use is supported by its high rating, suggesting a generally positive user experience, implying setup is manageable.
Which app is better for increasing overall sales?
Clay is designed to directly increase B2B sales through wholesale pricing. FeedbackMe Button *aims* to improve conversion rates by addressing customer concerns, but this outcome is completely unproven with no reviews or rating.
Which app provides more immediate value?
Clay likely offers more immediate value for B2B merchants needing wholesale pricing, whereas FeedbackMe Button's value depends entirely on the quantity and quality of feedback received, and subsequent actions taken.
If I need both wholesale pricing and customer feedback, should I choose one over the other?
These apps address different needs. You likely need *both*. However, given the lack of validation for FeedbackMe Button, you should consider a different feedback collection app. Focus on integrating Clay, then researching an alternative to FeedbackMe Button.
What are the key differences in their focus?
Clay centers around optimizing pricing strategies for B2B wholesale businesses, whereas FeedbackMe Button focuses solely on collecting customer feedback to (ostensibly) improve conversion rates for any Shopify store.
