Our Verdict
Choosing between Clay and Printful depends entirely on the merchant's business model. If the goal is to offer wholesale pricing to B2B customers, Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing is the appropriate choice. It provides the necessary tools to manage different pricing tiers and cater to wholesale clients. Printful: Print on Demand is ideal for merchants wanting to create and sell custom products, such as apparel or home decor, without the burden of inventory management and fulfillment.
While Printful has a lower rating, its significantly higher number of reviews suggests a more established and widely used platform. However, Clay's perfect rating, while based on fewer reviews, could indicate a highly specialized solution that strongly resonates with its target audience. If wholesale pricing is not a factor, Printful is generally the better option for selling custom-designed merchandise.
