Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing vs Quick Contactfor Shopify (2026)
Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing and Quick Contact, while both appearing in the 'Forms' category on Shopify, serve drastically different purposes and target distinct merchant segments. Clay focuses on enabling B2B wholesale pricing strategies, a feature not even remotely addressed by Quick Contact. Conversely, Quick Contact provides a readily accessible contact form on every page, allowing visitors to easily submit inquiries. The most significant difference lies in user validation; Clay boasts a perfect 5/5 rating from 81 reviews, while Quick Contact has no reviews and therefore no rating, suggesting it may be a new or unproven app. The apps also differ markedly in their perceived complexity. Clay, dealing with complex pricing structures, likely requires a higher degree of configuration and understanding of B2B sales. Quick Contact, on the other hand, aims for simplicity: a straightforward contact form with customizable styling options. Therefore, while both touch upon customer interaction, they do so from opposing angles – one focused on pricing structures and the other on facilitating initial contact and feedback.

Our Verdict
The choice between Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing and Quick Contact hinges entirely on the merchant's business model and needs. If you're a B2B business involved in wholesale transactions and require robust pricing controls and tiering, Clay is the only viable option of the two. The significant number of positive reviews further validates its utility.
Conversely, if your primary goal is to facilitate easy contact and feedback collection from customers on any page of your online store, and you're not involved in wholesale pricing, Quick Contact might be a suitable choice. However, given its lack of reviews, it carries a significantly higher risk. Merchants should carefully consider the maturity and proven track record of Clay before opting for Quick Contact based solely on its contact form functionality, especially when considering the importance of pricing strategy for B2B businesses.
