In 2026, Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing and Vye: Automated Email Alerts represent distinct Shopify app categories, despite sharing the 'Forms' category. Our Verdict
The choice between Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing and Vye: Automated Email Alerts hinges on the merchant's primary need. If the business operates with wholesale clients and requires tools to manage pricing tiers, discounts, and customer relationships, Clay is the clear choice. Its high rating and significant review count suggest it effectively addresses these needs.
However, if the priority is enhancing customer engagement, driving repeat purchases, and providing personalized experiences through automated email notifications, Vye is the better option. While its rating is slightly lower and the review count is significantly smaller, its feature set directly targets customer retention. The 'Forms' category overlap is minimal; their usage of forms is in service of their fundamentally different core functions.
