Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a hands-off, comprehensive fraud solution with chargeback guarantees, ClearSale Fraud Protection is likely the better choice, despite its lower average rating (though the larger number of reviews should be considered). Its AI-driven approach aims to optimize both fraud prevention and customer experience. However, merchants who prefer to have direct control over their fraud prevention strategies and are comfortable setting up and managing rules will find Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent a more suitable option, particularly given its perfect rating (although based on a limited number of reviews). Fraud Falcon provides greater flexibility and customization, allowing merchants to tailor their fraud filters to their specific needs.
