Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026 seeking a robust and well-regarded order editing solution, Cleverific Order Editing appears to be the stronger choice. Its positive rating and extensive feature set, including customer self-service and automation, offer significant advantages. However, merchants whose *sole* need is to combine and merge orders, and are willing to thoroughly investigate the reasons behind TrioM's low rating and potentially limited functionality, *might* consider TrioM as a highly specialized option.
Ultimately, the vast difference in user satisfaction cannot be ignored. TrioM's 0/5 rating raises serious concerns, and potential users should proceed with extreme caution. It's highly recommended to prioritize Cleverific Order Editing unless a very specific use case demands only order combining/merging, and even then, alternative apps should be explored before committing to TrioM.
