Clima vs Lift: Charity and Donationsfor Shopify (2026)
Clima and Lift: Charity and Donations both operate within the 'Donations' category on the Shopify App Store, but they approach charitable giving from different perspectives. This aims to attract and retain environmentally conscious buyers, providing insights into their preferences. In contrast, Lift: Charity and Donations focuses on providing flexible and seamless donation tools for nonprofits, charities, and mission-driven brands to directly raise funds through their Shopify stores. It offers customizable giving options and multi-channel support, making it suitable for organizations prioritizing direct fundraising efforts. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants who want to integrate climate action into their brand to attract and retain customers and gain sustainability-focused buyer insights, Clima might be a viable option. However, the lack of reviews makes it a higher-risk choice. For nonprofits, charities, and mission-driven brands seeking a robust and well-regarded fundraising solution with flexible giving options, Lift: Charity and Donations is the clearly superior choice. The perfect 5-star rating and five reviews indicate a positive user experience and effective fundraising capabilities. Given the information available, Lift is the stronger recommendation unless a business's primary goal is customer engagement directly tied to sustainability initiatives.
