CN PDF Viewer vs GD: Login as Customerfor Shopify (2026)
CN PDF Viewer and GD: Login as Customer, while both categorized under 'Support - Other,' address entirely different needs for Shopify merchants. CN PDF Viewer focuses on enhancing the customer's storefront experience by embedding and displaying PDF documents such as ebooks, manuals, and catalogs. Its primary strength lies in providing a visually appealing and easily accessible way for customers to access important product or informational content directly on the store, fostering engagement and trust. Our Verdict
The choice between CN PDF Viewer and GD: Login as Customer depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs and Shopify plan. CN PDF Viewer is a versatile app suitable for almost any Shopify store looking to enrich their customer experience with accessible PDF documents. Its focus on user interface and design customization makes it a good choice for branding. Conversely, GD: Login as Customer caters specifically to Shopify Plus merchants seeking to elevate their customer support capabilities. While it may provide significant value in troubleshooting and personalized assistance, its Shopify Plus requirement and narrow focus mean it's not applicable to most stores. Given the lack of reviews and the Plus requirement, GD: Login as Customer carries a higher risk and needs further evaluation.
