CN PDF Viewer vs Ágil WhatsAppfor Shopify (2026)
CN PDF Viewer and Ágil WhatsApp, both categorized under 'Support - Other' in the Shopify app store, serve fundamentally different purposes for merchants. CN PDF Viewer focuses on enhancing the storefront experience by allowing merchants to embed and display PDF files, aiming to keep customers engaged and informed directly on the site. This app seeks to improve on-site content delivery, making it easier for customers to access documents like product manuals or catalogs without leaving the store. In contrast, Ágil WhatsApp addresses post-order communication challenges by enabling merchants to quickly contact customers via WhatsApp directly from the order page, streamlining verification processes or addressing queries without manually saving phone numbers. Ágil WhatsApp, on the other hand, is a back-end communication tool designed to streamline order management and customer service interactions. The choice between the two depends heavily on the merchant's priorities: enhancing the storefront with readily available PDF content or optimizing post-order communication and customer interaction.

If you have many product manuals, ebooks, or catalogs to display, this app provides an easy way to embed them directly onto your storefront. The visual design options appear to make a seamless fit within your store's branding possible.
On the other hand, Ágil WhatsApp targets merchants struggling with efficient post-order customer communication. If you frequently need to contact customers to verify order details or answer questions, and you're looking for a fast way to reach them through WhatsApp without manually saving numbers, this app may be a better fit.
