CN PDF Viewer vs GradeFlow Trackerfor Shopify (2026)
CN PDF Viewer and GradeFlow Tracker are Shopify apps targeting distinct needs within the 'Support - Other' category, but they cater to vastly different merchant types. CN PDF Viewer focuses on enhancing the customer experience by enabling easy access and download of PDF documents directly on the store's website. This app aims to improve customer engagement and provide valuable information, like product manuals or ebooks, in a seamless manner. On the other hand, GradeFlow Tracker is designed for businesses involved in card grading submissions, providing a streamlined solution for managing submissions, tracking progress, and maintaining transparency with customers throughout the grading process. The key difference lies in their purpose and target audience. CN PDF Viewer is broadly applicable to any Shopify store that needs to display and distribute PDF documents, while GradeFlow Tracker serves a very specific niche market: stores that handle PSA card grading services. The lack of reviews and a zero rating for GradeFlow Tracker suggests it might be a newer app, or one with limited adoption so far. CN PDF Viewer, while having only two reviews, has a perfect rating, indicating positive initial feedback from its users.

Our Verdict
For the vast majority of Shopify merchants, CN PDF Viewer offers a clear and immediate benefit. If you have any PDF-based content you want to share with your customers directly on your store, it's the obvious choice. Its high rating, albeit based on limited reviews, suggests a positive user experience.
GradeFlow Tracker, on the other hand, is a highly specialized tool. Unless your Shopify store directly deals with PSA card grading submissions, this app is irrelevant. While it promises to streamline a specific process, the lack of reviews and zero rating make it difficult to assess its effectiveness compared to alternative methods. For card grading businesses seeking a dedicated management solution, thorough testing and a close examination of GradeFlow Tracker's features are necessary before committing to it.
