Our Verdict
The choice between CN PDF Viewer and POWR: Customer Support Request hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary goal is to seamlessly integrate and showcase PDF documents on the storefront, CN PDF Viewer is the clear choice, offering customization and ease of use. However, the extremely limited number of reviews is concerning, and merchants should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate the app's actual performance before committing long-term. If the focus is on streamlining customer support and providing a basic system for handling inquiries, POWR: Customer Support Request might seem suitable. However, the lack of reviews raises serious concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants should seriously consider alternatives given the lack of community validation. Unless POWR proves itself, consider CN PDF Viewer a viable option, and only if it meets the PDF embedding needs.
