Our Verdict
Choosing between these apps depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs. If a merchant's main priority is to manage COD fees, customize checkout options (payment & shipping) based on various rules, and they operate in the UAE or have significant UAE COD orders, 'COD ‑ Cash on Delivery for UAE' is a potentially better fit, despite the lack of reviews. However, the zero rating and lack of reviews in 2026 is concerning and should be further investigated.
On the other hand, if a merchant primarily struggles with fake COD orders and high RTO, especially in regions like India, Pakistan, or the Philippines, 'OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification' is the clear choice. Its OTP verification system offers a direct solution to reduce these issues and improve order confirmation rates. The 5/5 rating, albeit from a small number of reviews, indicates positive initial user experience.
