Our Verdict
COD King is the superior choice for merchants, especially those in India and Egypt, grappling with high RTO rates and unserious COD orders. Its features directly address these pain points, aiming to improve profitability by reducing losses from failed deliveries. Flash Express Malaysia, while potentially useful, has very low reviews and targets merchants specifically in Malaysia needing a delivery service. Given the significant disparity in ratings and functionality, COD King is generally the stronger recommendation for its intended audience. Merchants primarily concerned with optimizing COD payment workflow and decreasing RTO should strongly consider COD King.
