Our Verdict
COD King is the clear choice for merchants struggling with high RTO rates and fake COD orders, particularly in India and Egypt. Its focus on OTP verification, upfront payments, and COD fees directly addresses these pain points. The high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest it's a reliable solution for this specific problem.
formrun, on the other hand, is suited for businesses needing a comprehensive form creation and customer management system, especially those targeting a Japanese-speaking audience. However, the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its reliability or effectiveness compared to alternatives. If you're in a region where COD fraud is a significant concern, COD King is the obvious pick. If you need form creation and CRM and are comfortable with a Japanese-language app with no reviews, formrun might be worth exploring, but with caution.
