Our Verdict
For established merchants primarily operating in India or Egypt seeking to aggressively reduce RTO rates by converting COD orders to prepaid via upfront payments and fees, COD King appears to be the stronger choice due to its proven track record and focused feature set. Its high rating and numerous reviews provide a degree of confidence.
However, for newer stores or those with a global customer base requiring multilingual support and a broader range of verification methods (including IVR calls and email), ONotify ‑ COD could be a worthwhile option. While it lacks reviews, its global reach and emphasis on customer communication might appeal to businesses prioritizing a comprehensive order verification and customer engagement strategy. A risk-tolerant merchant might find ONotify's feature set compelling enough to overcome the lack of social proof.
