COD King‑COD Fees & OTP Verify vs Qikify Contact Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
COD King‑COD Fees & OTP Verify and Qikify Contact Form Builder, while both listed under the 'Notifications' category on Shopify, serve drastically different purposes and target distinct merchant needs. COD King is positioned as a solution to reduce Return to Origin (RTO) and Return to Sender (RTS) costs associated with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, particularly for merchants in India and Egypt. It focuses on verifying order intent through OTP, enabling partial payments, and converting COD orders to prepaid via discounts and fees. Its strength lies in its fraud prevention and order commitment features, addressing a specific pain point related to COD management. Qikify Contact Form Builder, on the other hand, is a general-purpose form creation tool designed to improve customer service, collect leads, and boost sales through custom forms. It offers a no-code solution for building various types of forms, including contact, wholesale, and registration forms. Its strengths are its versatility in form creation, ease of use, and focus on enhancing customer interaction and data collection. It caters to merchants seeking to improve their online presence and gather customer information effectively. Therefore, direct comparison is challenging, as their target audiences and value propositions are very different. One optimizes COD, the other optimizes communication and data capture.
