For merchants, especially those in India and Egypt, who struggle with high RTO rates due to COD orders, COD King is the clear choice. It directly addresses the problem with features like OTP verification and incentives for prepaid orders. Tangent is specifically designed for beauty brands that want to leverage AI and personalization to improve customer engagement and increase sales. It provides a sophisticated way to understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations. While both are highly rated, their functionalities are completely orthogonal.
