Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with minimizing failed COD deliveries through comprehensive verification and seeking to leverage AI for marketing, COD PRO ‑ OTPs & AI Marketing might seem appealing, *if* they can validate its functionality and overcome the lack of reviews. Its multi-channel verification could be highly beneficial for international businesses or those targeting diverse customer demographics.
However, given the superior rating and existing user feedback, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is a safer bet for merchants focused on boosting conversion rates through a streamlined checkout experience. Its features like partial payments and abandoned cart recovery directly address common pain points in COD sales, making it a potentially more effective choice for most Shopify stores looking to optimize their COD process.
