Our Verdict
If a merchant needs fine-grained control over COD availability, wants to customize the COD payment option appearance, and prioritizes reducing risk through restrictions, COD Toolkit is the better choice. Its focused approach on COD rules and branding delivers targeted value. However, for merchants grappling with high RTO rates, prioritizing customer engagement via WhatsApp, and seeking to automate order verification and marketing communication, HillTeck's comprehensive features make it the superior option. HillTeck offers a broader solution for managing the entire post-order experience, though it may involve a steeper learning curve than COD Toolkit.
