Code Returns & Exchanges vs Shipping Protection —Shipcheckfor Shopify (2026)
Code Returns & Exchanges and Shipping Protection —Shipcheck, while both falling under the 'Returns and warranty' Shopify category, address entirely different aspects of the post-purchase customer experience. Code Returns & Exchanges focuses on streamlining the product return and exchange process, aiming to boost revenue by encouraging exchanges over refunds. Our Verdict
The choice between Code Returns & Exchanges and Shipping Protection —Shipcheck depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to improve the returns process, reduce refunds, and encourage exchanges, Code Returns & Exchanges, despite its low rating, might be worth investigating further, especially if the 'Plus Partner' claim indicates a potentially valuable offering. However, given the extremely low number of reviews and low rating it may be best to explore alternatives. If the priority is to protect against shipping losses, build customer trust through shipping insurance, and retain insurance revenue, Shipping Protection —Shipcheck is the clear winner, boasting a perfect rating and a significantly higher number of reviews. Given the ratings and number of reviews, Shipping Protection -- Shipcheck is the more proven solution.
