Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a simple, straightforward solution to limit cart quantities based on basic criteria like price, weight, or quantity, Codem: Cart Limiter might be a suitable starting point, though the lack of reviews is a significant concern. Its primary advantage, if well-executed, would be its ease of use. However, given the absence of any user feedback, it's difficult to assess its actual performance.
For businesses with more complex order limit requirements, such as B2B stores needing to manage wholesale pricing or stores running flash sales that want to prevent bulk buying, Nexo ‑ Order Limits Quantity is the clearly superior choice. Its ability to create flexible rules based on customer segments, purchase history, and product groupings provides a level of control that Codem: Cart Limiter simply doesn't offer. The existing positive reviews add confidence in its functionality and reliability. Therefore, unless simplicity and extremely basic functionality is the overriding concern, Nexo ‑ Order Limits Quantity is the stronger recommendation.
