Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with eliminating losses from fraudulent or unreliable COD orders by blocking specific customers, CODGuard offers a targeted solution, although its low rating and few reviews are concerning. However, the lack of market validation suggests caution. For merchants seeking to optimize their COD strategy more broadly, generating revenue with fees and implementing rules based on location, order size, or other factors, RUBIX Cash on Delivery: COD Fee is the superior choice. Its high rating and greater number of reviews indicate a more positive user experience and reliable functionality. Unless specifically targeting blocking individual risky customers, RUBIX is likely the better overall solution.
