Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with a high volume of blatantly fake COD orders and seeking a strong verification method, Codify COD is likely the better choice due to its OTP verification system. The app’s strength lies in its automated reminders and cancellations. EasyCOD is better suited for merchants looking to dynamically control COD availability based on various customer and order attributes and willing to discourage COD via fees. The ability to block customers directly is a unique feature that Codify lacks. Given the ratings and review counts, though, it is recommended to closely examine recent reviews and support responsiveness for both apps before making a final decision.
