Our Verdict
Codify COD is highly recommended for merchants who struggle with high rates of COD order cancellations or returns, also known as RTO (Return to Origin) losses. The app's focus on OTP verification, fee additions, and geographical or product limitations allows merchants to actively manage and optimize their COD payment workflow to reduce financial losses. In contrast, Flash Express Malaysia is more suitable for merchants specifically operating within Malaysia who need a reliable and fast delivery service to handle their order fulfillment.
Given the information available, Codify COD appears to be a more polished and effective app at solving its niche problem. The extremely low rating and review count for Flash Express Malaysia raises concerns about the reliability and quality of service for users outside its specific implementation country. If you are a Malaysian merchant and need fast shipping specifically in Malaysia, and are able to contact their sales team for support, then Flash Express Malaysia might be an option to consider.
