Our Verdict
Codify COD is a better choice for merchants primarily concerned with reducing RTO losses and managing COD order availability. Its OTP verification and control features provide tools to minimize risks associated with COD. Fuze, on the other hand, is more suitable for merchants seeking to aggressively increase AOV and conversion rates through post-purchase upselling and cross-selling. It offers a more comprehensive approach to sales funnel optimization, but requires more initial setup and strategic planning of upsell offers. If RTO is a significant issue, Codify COD is the clear winner; if revenue maximization is the primary goal, Fuze is the preferred option.
