Our Verdict
Codify COD appears to be the stronger choice for merchants primarily concerned with eliminating fake COD orders through rigorous OTP verification and granular control over COD availability based on location and order attributes. The positive rating and existing reviews provide social proof. JustCOD, while promising, lacks social proof due to its absence of reviews. It might appeal to merchants prioritizing a more behavioral approach to COD management, focusing on adapting the COD experience based on customer history and risk assessment, but until it garners reviews, it's difficult to gauge its effectiveness. A merchant would need to prioritize OTP verification before considering the other option without reviews.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Without user reviews for JustCOD, it's impossible to determine setup ease. Codify COD's existing users likely found the setup process reasonable given their 5/5 rating. We can't objectively determine which app is truly easier without more data, however, JustCOD claims it is designed for easy setup.
