Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reducing RTO losses and preventing fraudulent orders, Codify COD is the stronger choice due to its OTP verification and fine-grained control over COD availability. The larger number of reviews also suggests a more mature and tested app. However, if the primary goal is to cover the extra costs associated with COD and encourage customers to choose prepaid options, PayCOD is more suitable. PayCOD's focus on upfront fee collection and conditional COD visibility provides a direct way to offset expenses and steer customers towards preferred payment methods.
