Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary concern is reducing RTO losses through robust verification of COD orders and they desire granular control over COD availability, Codify COD is the better choice. The OTP verification on the Thank You page adds a crucial layer of confirmation. However, for merchants struggling with high rates of fraudulent COD orders and want to proactively identify and mitigate these risks, as well as incentivize customers toward prepaid options, Snap Cash On Delivery is more suitable. Its fraud detection feature gives it an edge in preventing fraudulent orders from being placed in the first place. Given the limited review count of Snap Cash On Delivery, merchants should consider a trial period to assess its effectiveness in their specific context.
