Our Verdict
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice for merchants primarily concerned with improving the post-purchase experience and reducing customer inquiries related to shipping. Its overwhelmingly positive reviews and focus on providing accurate and timely tracking information make it a strong contender for any Shopify store shipping physical products.
Codify ‑ Order Cancel, while offering a valuable feature set, caters to a more niche audience. It's best suited for merchants struggling with a high volume of order cancellation requests or those looking to provide a seamless self-service cancellation and reordering process. If order cancellations are a significant drain on your customer support resources, Codify is worth considering, but most merchants should prioritize order tracking with an app like Parcel Panel.
