Codify ‑ Order Edit vs Yagi Address Edit Helperfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both Codify ‑ Order Edit and Yagi Address Edit Helper offer order editing capabilities within the Shopify ecosystem. However, Yagi Address Edit Helper distinguishes itself with a clear focus on empowering customers to self-manage their shipping addresses. This specialization positions Yagi as a solution tailored for merchants aiming to reduce customer support inquiries related to address updates. Codify, despite having a perfect rating, has fewer reviews, suggesting a smaller user base, and lacks specific details on features beyond general order editing capabilities, making it harder to directly compare. Yagi's self-service functionality directly addresses a common pain point for both merchants and customers.

Our Verdict
For merchants specifically targeting the problem of frequent customer support requests related to shipping address changes, Yagi Address Edit Helper is the clearly superior choice. Its self-service model, combined with controls like time limits and product/order exceptions, directly addresses this need. While Codify ‑ Order Edit may offer a broader range of order editing features, the lack of publicly available details makes it difficult to assess its suitability compared to Yagi's specialized functionality. If address editing is a primary concern, Yagi is the recommended option. Without more information on Codify's capabilities, it's impossible to definitively recommend it over Yagi, especially for address-related tasks.
