Collection Sort & Category |KX vs Digital Hub New Arrivalsfor Shopify (2026)
Collection Sort & Category |KX (Kimonix) and Digital Hub New Arrivals both aim to improve product display and collection management on Shopify, but they cater to very different needs. Kimonix positions itself as a comprehensive, AI-powered merchandising platform, specifically targeting fashion brands with large catalogs. Its strength lies in automated collection sorting, AI-driven product recommendations, and advanced A/B testing capabilities, all designed to optimize conversion and profit. Digital Hub New Arrivals, on the other hand, focuses solely on automating the 'New Arrivals' collection, offering a simple and time-saving solution for merchants who regularly add new products. The key difference lies in their complexity and scope. Kimonix is an advanced tool requiring potentially more setup and understanding of AI merchandising principles, while Digital Hub New Arrivals is a straightforward, easy-to-use app for a specific, common need. Kimonix aims to fundamentally transform how collections are managed and personalized, while Digital Hub New Arrivals automates a single, often tedious, task. Merchants should consider their catalog size, technical expertise, and desired level of automation when choosing between the two.
