Collection Sort & Category |KX vs Faslet Size Me & Try Onfor Shopify (2026)
Collection Sort & Category |KX and Faslet Size Me & Try On are both 5-star rated Shopify apps that fall under the 'Product display' category, but cater to significantly different needs within e-commerce. Collection Sort & Category |KX (Kimonix) is an AI-powered merchandising platform designed for larger fashion brands aiming to automate collection sorting, personalize product recommendations, and optimize inventory management. Its strength lies in its AI-driven automation, collection A/B testing, and focus on increasing conversion rates and profit through intelligent merchandising strategies. It particularly targets merchants dealing with large catalogs and complex product relationships, needing to scale their collection management efficiently. Faslet Size Me & Try On, conversely, addresses the critical issue of size selection in online fashion retail. It focuses on providing customers with accurate size recommendations through a customizable and user-friendly widget. While both apps share the objective of improving the shopping experience, Faslet prioritizes reducing size-related returns and increasing customer confidence in their purchases by resolving the 'fit' problem. The key difference lies in Kimonix's broad focus on merchandising automation versus Faslet's narrow focus on size recommendation within the fashion vertical, specifically.

Our Verdict
For large fashion brands with extensive product catalogs seeking to automate merchandising, optimize collections, and leverage AI-driven product recommendations to increase conversion and profit, Collection Sort & Category |KX is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set and focus on scaling collection management make it ideal for merchants needing an advanced solution to handle complex merchandising challenges.
However, for smaller online fashion retailers or multi-brand stores primarily concerned with reducing size-related returns and improving customer confidence in size selection, Faslet Size Me & Try On is the more appropriate option. Its ease of integration and focus on size accuracy provide a targeted solution to a specific pain point within the fashion e-commerce space. The choice depends on the scale and specific needs of the business.
