Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing a high volume of customer complaints and needing a system to manage and resolve them efficiently, Complaint Guru offers a structured solution for tracking and addressing negative feedback. It's ideal for businesses prioritizing brand reputation and customer retention through effective issue resolution.
However, for merchants focusing on proactive customer engagement and aiming to increase sales conversions by providing personalized support during the buying process, Live 1:1 Video Chat | Uptok offers a compelling avenue. This app is particularly well-suited for businesses selling high-value or complex products where direct human interaction can significantly influence the purchase decision. The lack of reviews for Uptok means it's riskier to try, but the potential ROI might be higher.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
