Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with handling customer complaints and improving brand reputation through efficient issue resolution, Complaint Guru is a potential solution. Its dedicated complaint page and real-time tracking features are valuable for businesses that receive a significant volume of complaints and want to provide a transparent and responsive support experience. Relocate+ Order Editor, however, is better suited for merchants focused on proactive customer service, aiming to minimize order errors, returns, and support tickets. Its self-serve editing features empower customers to manage their orders independently, freeing up support resources and improving overall customer satisfaction. Given the significantly higher number of reviews, Relocate+ Order Editor also has greater social proof.
