Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with negative feedback and needing a structured way to manage complaints, Complaint Guru appears to be the better choice, despite the low review count. Its dedicated complaint page and tracking system offer a proactive approach to addressing customer dissatisfaction. The reviews, while few, indicate a positive experience.
On the other hand, if a merchant prioritizes direct communication and wants to leverage WhatsApp for immediate customer engagement and driving sales, WhatsApp Chat Button by ES might be appealing. However, the complete lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before committing to it, particularly given the availability of more established chat apps in the Shopify ecosystem. It's hard to recommend an app with no reviews.
