Conjura: Profit Analytics and Progus COD (Cash on Delivery) are both Shopify apps categorized under Operations - Other, but they serve drastically different purposes and target distinct merchant needs. Conjura is a comprehensive data analytics platform aimed at larger, omnichannel businesses seeking to centralize data and gain actionable insights into profitability. Our Verdict
For merchants looking to gain a deeper understanding of their overall business performance and profitability across multiple sales channels, Conjura: Profit Analytics is the superior choice. It provides comprehensive data analysis, AI-powered insights, and integrations to optimize various aspects of the business. The 1-click setup is an added bonus. However, for merchants primarily focused on boosting Cash on Delivery sales and streamlining the COD process, Progus COD (Cash on Delivery) is the better option. Its 1-Click COD Order Form and smart COD rules can significantly improve conversions and reduce failed deliveries for that specific niche.
Ultimately, the selection hinges on whether the priority is strategic data-driven decision-making or tactical COD optimization. Progus COD fulfills a highly specialized need, while Conjura offers a much broader scope of analytical capabilities, although with a larger upfront investment of time and learning.
Common Questions

Which app is more suitable for a small business?
It depends on the small business's needs. If COD is a significant portion of their sales, Progus COD could be beneficial. However, if the small business needs to understand overall profitability, customer acquisition cost, and marketing performance, Conjura could be a better long-term investment. The decision is based on the pain points the business experiences.
Which app helps reduce failed deliveries?
Progus COD directly addresses this by allowing merchants to implement smart COD visibility rules based on various factors, like location and customer tags, which can help filter out potentially unreliable COD orders.
Which app helps optimize marketing ROAS?
Conjura directly supports ROAS optimization by providing performance tracking and omnichannel insights. This level of analysis isn't a feature of Progus COD.
