For merchants primarily concerned with understanding and optimizing their business performance through data analysis, Conjura: Profit Analytics is the clear choice. Its comprehensive integrations, AI-powered insights, and focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) make it ideal for businesses aiming to improve ROAS, manage omnichannel performance, and track product performance. However, if the main objective is to improve customer engagement, drive sales through direct messaging channels, and streamline customer support, then WhatsApp & Helpdesk ‑ MyAlice is the better fit. Its focus on WhatsApp automation, integrated order management, and features aimed at recovering abandoned carts make it a valuable tool for customer-centric sales strategies.
