Conjured Memberships vs EDP ‑ Easy Digital Productsfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants looking to sell digital products face the decision between Conjured Memberships and EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products. While both apps operate within the digital products category, their positioning likely differs. Conjured Memberships, with a 4.6/5 rating from 74 reviews, might be geared towards a membership-based model, potentially offering features for recurring billing, gated content, and community management. This suggests a focus on building a subscriber base rather than one-time digital product sales. EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products, boasting a perfect 5/5 rating from a larger pool of 175 reviews, likely emphasizes simplicity and ease of use in selling individual digital assets. The name suggests a straightforward approach to delivering digital products upon purchase, possibly with a focus on download security and automation. Merchants prioritizing a smooth and intuitive setup process for selling standard digital products might find EDP more appealing. The higher review count and perfect score indicate potentially higher user satisfaction, although deeper feature investigation is needed for full differentiation. Ultimately, the choice depends on the specific business model. If the merchant aims to create a membership program, Conjured Memberships might be the better fit. For those primarily selling individual digital products without a membership component, EDP could offer a simpler and more highly-rated solution.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants in 2026, EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products appears to be the stronger choice for those primarily focused on selling individual downloadable files. The perfect 5/5 rating and higher number of reviews indicate a consistently positive user experience and a simpler, more streamlined solution. Its name suggests a user-friendly approach, ideal for those new to selling digital products or who prioritize ease of use.
However, if the merchant is building a membership program with recurring subscriptions, gated content, and a community aspect, Conjured Memberships could be the better option, assuming its features align with those needs. The lower rating and review count might indicate a more complex setup or niche functionality. In conclusion, EDP is a safer bet for general digital product sales, while Conjured Memberships is potentially better suited to a specific membership-based business model.
