Our Verdict
Synkro: Inventory Sync appears to be the stronger choice for merchants operating multiple Shopify stores who prioritize effortless, real-time inventory and product synchronization. Its high rating, significant review count, and features like product cloning and custom price rules suggest a more mature and user-friendly solution for multi-store management. ConnectMSI might be suitable for merchants who need a more robust system to manage inventory across multiple warehouses and potentially POS systems and require functionalities like purchase order creation and detailed reporting, but the low rating and review count raise concerns about its reliability and user experience. However, if a merchant has both a physical storefront(s) and multiple warehouses, ConnectMSI is the only choice.
