Our Verdict
If a Shopify merchant requires a complete POS solution that integrates online and offline operations, including features like CRM, loyalty programs, and self-checkout, ConnectPOS is the better choice. Its broad functionality aims to enhance the entire customer experience and manage multiple aspects of the business. However, for merchants already using Shopify POS who are primarily concerned with accurately tracking and managing inventory levels in their physical stores, and who need an efficient way to conduct stock takes and manage transfers, PML Stock Take Inventory Count is the more focused and cost-effective option. It addresses a specific pain point without the overhead of a full POS system.
