Conversely, Pennies ‑ Digital Charity Box, while lacking reviews, presents a more straightforward and flexible solution for merchants who want a simple way to offer donation options to their customers and prefer to work directly with their chosen charity. For merchants new to cause marketing or prioritizing ease of implementation, Pennies might be a better starting point, assuming its functionality aligns with their needs and they are comfortable with the lack of existing user feedback.
