ContactPigeon Campaigns vs CP24 Advanced Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
ContactPigeon Campaigns positions itself as an all-in-one customer engagement platform, aiming to boost revenue and loyalty through omnichannel messaging. It unifies customer data and offers pre-built automation for various shopper journey stages, including email, SMS, push notifications, and chatbots. This app seems targeted towards merchants seeking comprehensive marketing automation. In contrast, CP24 Advanced Wishlist focuses specifically on enhancing the wishlist experience for customers. Its features revolve around wishlists, including guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and push notifications for price drops and low stock. It also offers detailed analytics to inform better decisions. The key difference lies in their scope. ContactPigeon Campaigns is a broad marketing automation tool, while CP24 Advanced Wishlist is a specialized app designed to improve wishlist functionality and leverage it for marketing. CP24 Advanced Wishlist also includes features like front-store text management for multi-language support, which is not explicitly mentioned in ContactPigeon Campaigns. While both apps include web push functionality, ContactPigeon Campaigns integrates it into a broader omnichannel approach, while CP24 focuses on utilizing web push for wishlist-related notifications and customer engagement.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing a complete customer engagement platform encompassing email, SMS, push notifications, and chatbots, ContactPigeon Campaigns may be the better choice, assuming they are willing to invest the time to learn its features. However, the low rating and limited reviews are concerning. Merchants prioritizing a streamlined wishlist experience with features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and price drop notifications should strongly consider CP24 Advanced Wishlist. Its higher rating and more substantial review count suggest greater customer satisfaction.
Ultimately, CP24 Advanced Wishlist is recommended for merchants who see wishlists as a core part of their customer experience and want to leverage them to drive sales through targeted web push notifications. ContactPigeon Campaigns is better suited for larger businesses looking for a more holistic marketing automation solution, but should be approached with caution given its limited feedback.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
CP24 Advanced Wishlist is likely easier to set up because it focuses on a specific feature (wishlists) and doesn't require integrating as many different channels like ContactPigeon Campaigns.
Which app offers more advanced analytics?
Both offer analytics. CP24 Advanced Wishlist provides 'detailed analytics' specifically related to wishlist performance. ContactPigeon Campaigns offers analytics related to overall campaign performance across all channels, but lacks specific details.
Does ContactPigeon Campaigns include all of CP24 Advanced Wishlist's features?
ContactPigeon Campaigns may indirectly include some wishlist features as part of its omnichannel engagement, but it does not specifically highlight advanced wishlist management capabilities like guest wishlists or multiple wishlists as a core offering.
Which app has better customer support?
Based on the limited data provided, it's impossible to determine which app has better customer support. The low review count and rating of ContactPigeon Campaign suggest a possible lack of user engagement, which might indicate weaker support.
If I only want to focus on improving my wishlist experience, which app should I choose?
CP24 Advanced Wishlist is the clear choice. It is specifically designed to enhance the wishlist experience and provides features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and targeted push notifications, which are not the primary focus of ContactPigeon Campaigns.
