ContactPigeon Campaigns vs Meeri: Push Notificationsfor Shopify (2026)
ContactPigeon Campaigns and Meeri: Push Notifications both aim to increase sales and customer engagement, but they differ significantly in scope and channel focus. ContactPigeon Campaigns is an all-in-one customer engagement platform offering omnichannel messaging including email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups, and chatbots. It focuses on unifying customer data and providing pre-built automation for various stages of the customer journey. Meeri: Push Notifications, on the other hand, is specifically focused on web push notifications, utilizing AI to create targeted campaigns, particularly for abandoned cart recovery and flash sales. It aims to convert visitors into buyers through automated browse abandonment campaigns and personalized welcome messages. Due to the timing of 2026, the review counts for both apps are very low. ContactPigeon's key strengths lie in its comprehensive feature set covering various communication channels and its AI-powered personalization. Meeri's strength is its laser focus on web push notifications and its use of AI to optimize campaign performance. ContactPigeon targets merchants seeking a holistic customer engagement solution across multiple channels, while Meeri caters to those primarily interested in leveraging the power of web push notifications for revenue recovery and promotions. Given the limited number of reviews, one should proceed cautiously with both apps, considering the potential for inaccurate ratings.

Our Verdict
If you're looking for a comprehensive customer engagement platform that handles email, SMS, push notifications, and more, ContactPigeon Campaigns might be the right choice, but be aware of the lower rating and very low review count. However, if your primary goal is to boost sales through targeted web push notifications, particularly for abandoned cart recovery and flash sales, and you appreciate a focused solution with AI-powered features, Meeri: Push Notifications is likely a better fit. It is important to note that both apps have extremely low review counts so it is risky to depend on them.
